The ladder-style adjustment system makes for quick transitions between workouts. The built-in leg attachment swings out to secure your feet while in a decline position. This FID bench is heavy duty with a weight capacity of 661lbs.

The Adjustable Bench is a multi-position fitness bench. The seat, back pad and the foot roller can be adjusted to fit your workout needs.
